Fulfillment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective: June 8, 2025

1. Digital Fulfillment
   1.1. All products and services offered through realtydynamics.ai (“Platform”) are digital in nature and delivered by provisioning user credentials immediately after Stripe confirms payment. No physical shipment is required.
   1.2. Confirmation of payment and onboarding instructions are sent automatically to the email address associated with the customer’s Stripe transaction.

2. All Sales Final – No Refunds
   2.1. Because the full value of each subscription or one‑time digital product is made available instantly upon payment, all fees are non‑refundable and non‑proratable, including for partial periods of use.
   2.2. This no‑refund policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

3. Subscription Cancellation
   3.1. Customers who subscribe through the self‑service web checkout may cancel at any time by emailing us at support@realtydynamics.app.
   3.2. Cancellation halts future billing; service continues through the remainder of the current paid term (monthly or annual, as applicable) and then terminates automatically.
   3.3. Reactivation requires initiating a new subscription at then‑current prices.

4. Contracts with Enterprise Customers
   4.1. From time to time, Realty Dynamics App, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may enter into a separate written agreement with a customer that expressly modifies or overrides this Policy (for example, expanded service‑level commitments or custom payment terms).
   4.2. In such cases, the signed agreement governs to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
   5.1. We vigorously contest unwarranted chargebacks. If you believe a charge is erroneous, please contact support@realtydynamics.app within seven (7) days so we can investigate.
   5.2. Filing a chargeback without first providing us an opportunity to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Governing Law; Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial
   6.1. This Policy, your use of the Platform, and any related transaction are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
   6.2. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim or dispute arising hereunder shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and each party irrevocably submits to such jurisdiction and venue.
   6.3. EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY in any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Policy or the use of the Platform.
